RECRUITMENT PROCESS

THE FOLLOWING NEED TO BE COMPLETED BY CANDIDATES IN ORDER TO BE OFFERED EMPLOYMENT AT EVJ HEALTHCARE

In the process of recruitment we ensure that all our staff are compliant without question. Before they are employed by us and during their continued development and training with our in house qualified trainers, all staff are trained to care certified standards. Upon confirmation of registration all staff are shadowed, monitored and supervised prior to working with our clients. Our staff are issued with their company handbook, which explains policies & procedures. All staff have uniform and an ID badge, which they will carry at all times.Thereafter all staff are monitored and supervised on an ongoing basis and are required to undergo annual appraisals.
  • Employees must have a 5-year working experience (This includes gaps, education, employment)
  • Interview
  • Minimum of 2 Proof of identity (Identification card, Passport, Residence card).
  • Right to work in the United Kingdom (Work plus, National Insurance Number).
  • Qualifications.
  • If applicable, copy of immigration status
  • Enhanced DBS check
